The products<\/h5>

The products delivered will correspond as closely as possible to those you have ordered on our site. However, as flowers are a seasonal product, we cannot guarantee that they will be available in our store at all times, but we will respect as far as possible the shape, style and tonality of the photographed products you have selected. In this respect, we will adapt the photos of our products on our site according to the seasons, so that we can more easily supply you with the product photographed. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Order confirmation<\/h5>

Price<\/h5>

The prices of the products we buy fluctuate according to weather conditions and supply and demand (e.g. holiday periods). We will respect as far as possible the price you have selected, but we suggest that you take these fluctuations into account when making your selection during festive periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Order cancellation<\/h5>

Any order sent via the site cannot be cancelled, but may be modified by telephone +41 22 320 10 23 (delivery date, addressee), or by e-mail info@wuillemin-fleuristes.ch if the order has not already been processed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Opening hours<\/h5>

Orders received on a working day before 3 p.m. will be processed on the desired day, including the same day for the canton of Geneva (orders placed on Saturday before 10 a.m. can be delivered on the same day for the canton of Geneva). <\/p>

For addresses outside this canton, orders must be placed by telephone (+41 22.320.10.23). <\/p>

Exceptions <\/p>

  • No deliveries will be made on working days before 8 a.m. or after 6.30 p.m. (after 4 p.m. on Saturdays).<\/li>
  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.<\/li><\/ul>

    Given the vagaries of traffic, it is advisable to allow an extra 30 minutes on top of the desired delivery time.

    DELIVERY ADDRESS<\/h5>

    In your own interest, it is imperative that you state the exact delivery address (telephone, digicode, apartment number and floor); in the event of no reply or an incomplete or inaccurate address, we reserve the right to leave the ordered product with a third party (janitor, neighbor, etc.) and cannot be held responsible for any delay if delivery proves impossible.<\/p>

    We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of no response from the recipient, if we are able to make a second delivery thanks to the additional information you have provided.
